With more than 20 years of experience in the solid waste industry, Mr. Guidry brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the CFS team. After serving in several capacities with the largest solid waste company in the country, Mr. Guidry formed a partnership to start Container First Services and develop it into a "brand". His passion for the business and drive to be the best has been instrumental in making CFS what it is, in a relatively short period of time.
A retired Battalion Chief with the Hopewell, Virginia Bureau of Fire, Mr. Webb brings that firefighter drive and determination to the CFS team. With considerable experience in Environmental Health and Safety, as well as hauling and landfill operations, Mr. Webb helps CFS achieve an edge with regards to customer service and operations. He instills in every person on the staff that the customer always come first and they do whatever it takes to take care of them.
Mr. Moore's experience as the Chief of Fire/EMS for the City of Colonial Heights, Virginia, helps him bring a diverse skill set to the CFS team. He manages the logistics as he would the fire house. With planning and follow up, which helps keep the CFS trucks on schedule and the customer happy. AG is a current member of the Virginia Statewide Fire Chiefs Association as well as the International Association of Fire Chiefs.
With over 35 years of business experience, Mr. Kraus bring a great deal of business knowledge to the CFS team. Mr. Kraus has been instrumental in making CFS a "brand", people can know and trust. His involvement in local government, where he serves as the Treasurer of the Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, has helped keep the CFS "brand" known for what it is. He believes in CFS being very involved in the communities they serve.
